"description": "doobneek Inc. is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit based in New York City building end-to-end encrypted tools for people the mainstream system leaves out. Everything is free to use, with no ads and no resale of user data. Four programmes run today: an Encrypted Financial Planner for tracking cash income, rent burden, tax estimates, debt and net worth; a Job Assistant covering one-page resumes, job research and interview preparation; an Immigration Navigator offering multilingual form guidance and export-ready PDFs; and a Secure Vault and Formatter for private document storage and outreach drafts. The organisation serves undocumented and mixed-status households navigating New York City systems, cash earners and gig workers without stable banking access, LGBTQIA2S+ communities and people experiencing homelessness, and the nonprofits, shelters and peer navigators supporting them. doobneek rejects extractive pay-to-save models, centres lived expertise, and keeps full control with the user."
